Working with Chris has been a pleasure. He is very communicative and explains everything very well. He also gets everything done in a timely manner and makes sure to follow up when necessary. Most importantly, working with him has taken the guesswork out of insurance shopping, as he provides side by side numerical comparisons that speak for themselves. He even suggests policies that are better than the current one without me asking, something I would probably rarely do myself. With Chris, I know I am getting the best deals as he shops around for me every year.
